
Joe Busch
As a young adult, Joe's wanderlust drew him to work as a white-river raft guide in Maine and West Virginia and embark on numerous cross-country road-trips and backpacking adventures throughout Central and South America and Asia.
He has worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the biotech industry and as a Structural Engineer for a general contractor. Additionally, Joe served 2 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala. He worked in appropriate technology and preventive health education. Joe earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, San Diego and is currently studying Engineering at Yale. Joe is fluent in Spanish.

Katy Clark
After graduating from college, Katy spent the greater part of her young adulthood travelling the world. Having decided that this was the only way for her to make an informed decision about her professional and personal paths, she spent summers in Central and South America, South East Asia and Africa.
Katy served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Guatemala. She worked in appropriate technology and preventive health education. She graduated with a B.A. in History from University of California, Los Angeles and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in public heath at Yale. Katy is fluent in Spanish.

Jerome A. Busch
Jerome is presently an attorney in Orange County, California specializing in tax controversy matters and the taxation of financial intermediaries. He has assisted clients in obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status at both the federal and state level for entities engaging in a variety of charitable endeavors.
Jerome A. Busch grew up in Orange County and attended Cal State University Fullerton where he received his B.A. in English Literature. He subsequently received his law degree from Pepperdine School of Law, which was followed by a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He started his law career in the U.S. Navy JAG and subsequently worked for Department of Justice Tax Division before entering private practice.
